All athletes must have a current physical and complete the online paperwork before the first day of tryouts/practice.

 

Physicals must be downloaded to Rank One.

RIVERGLEN ATHLETICS

All students participating in sports at Riverglen or Capital during the 2026-2027 school year must have a Rank One account.

In addition, all incoming 7th and 9th graders must have a current sports physical to participate. Physicals must be uploaded to your Rank One account before the first day of practice.
